If reception loses the network, work at the front desk stops.
Our Wi-Fi, cameras or network keep letting us down.
We review what is installed, find what needs attention and agree improvements with you. We keep staff and guest networks separate, and keep equipment that still meets your needs.

We need someone to call when IT goes wrong.
One place for your team to ask for help, in Arabic or English. We look after updates, system checks and backups, with response times agreed in writing, urgent problems first.

Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Hurghada and cover the Red Sea coast — El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay, Safaga and Marsa Alam — and work across the rest of Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, the North Coast, Luxor and Aswan. We agree response times in your support contract, with urgent problems given priority. We report on how we perform against those times.
How is ongoing support priced?
You pay a monthly fee based on your staff, devices and locations. We agree what is included before you sign. Separate projects are quoted individually.
