Agreed work, agreed price. We agree the work, price and timetable in writing before we start. This can include cabling, cameras, moving email or files, or building a website. Any changes to the agreed work are priced separately.

By staff, devices and locations

A predictable monthly fee based on your staff, devices and locations. Your agreement explains what support is included and how quickly we respond. Separate projects have their own quote.

We install structured cabling in copper, usually Cat6 or Cat6A, and fibre optic where the distance or the link between buildings needs it.
Testing and labelling
Every run is terminated at a labelled patch panel, tested to its performance standard, and the results handed over with the network diagrams.
Records
Test results, network diagrams and equipment settings. Another provider can use these records if needed.
Networks
Coverage for your workplace, separate staff and guest networks, and secure access for remote staff. We connect the buildings and keep staff, guest and other networks separate where needed.
Cameras and door entry
Camera coverage and recording storage planned around your needs. Control entry with a card, PIN or fingerprint, with attendance records where needed.
Server rooms
Organised equipment storage, power, cooling and checks for problems, with backup power for interruptions.
Equipment protection
Enclosures suited to heat, dust and humidity.

In Egypt this work is often tendered as low-current systems; it is one team and one quote either way.

Can you install the cables and set up the equipment?

Yes. We install and test the cabling, then set up the equipment and Wi-Fi. One team is responsible for the complete installation.

Will we receive test results and installation records?

Yes. We test and label the cable connections and give you the results, network diagrams and equipment settings. Another provider can use these records if needed.

What cabling do you install — Cat6 or fibre?

Both. We install structured cabling in copper, usually Cat6 or Cat6A, and fibre optic where the distance or the link between buildings needs it. Every run is terminated at a labelled patch panel, tested to its performance standard, and the results handed over with the network diagrams.

Do you install CCTV and access control?

Can we keep our existing equipment?

Yes, where it still meets your needs. If something needs replacing, we explain why and agree the cost with you first.

Can you supply equipment and software subscriptions?

Yes. We help choose and buy equipment and software, deal with warranty claims, and keep a record of what your business owns.

Is the first call free?

Yes. The first 30-minute call is free, with no obligation. A detailed review of your systems and a written improvement plan are separate paid work. You can keep the plan and use it with any provider.
