What we collect

If you allow analytics, we collect visit information: pages viewed, time spent, links used and the website you came from. We also collect browser and device details, page loading times and an approximate location, such as your city or region. These records are stored through our website provider, Cloudflare, without your name, email address or IP address.

If you allow analytics, we also use Google Analytics, a service from Google. It records the pages you view, how you found the website, your approximate location, your device and browser, and when you tap a WhatsApp, phone or email link or send the contact form — never what you type into the form. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses, and we have turned off Google's advertising features for this website. Google processes this information under its own terms, and may do so outside Egypt.

When you contact us

We use the name, contact details and message you send to reply to your enquiry. Contact-form messages are delivered through Resend to our company email, hosted by Microsoft. These providers process the information needed to deliver and store your message. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta, under its own terms and privacy policy.

Browser storage and cookies

Your browser remembers your privacy choice. If you allow analytics, a temporary visit code is sent with usage records to group activity from the same visit. The browser removes this code when the tab closes. It also remembers whether you have visited before. Our administrator sign-in uses a cookie to keep staff signed in.

Whether or not you allow analytics, two short notes are kept for the current tab only: one so the opening animation plays once, and one so switching between English and Arabic is smooth. They hold no personal information, and the browser clears them when the tab closes.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics also sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_YY1ZZJW17H, to tell repeat visits apart. They last up to two years, and they are deleted as soon as you decline or change your choice.

Your choice

If you decline analytics, we do not send optional website-usage information, to us or to Google. You can still browse and contact us. If you have not already saved a choice, we also honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser settings. You can change your choice at any time with the button below, or by clearing this website's stored data in your browser.

How long we keep it

Website-usage records older than about 14 months are removed when our reporting dashboard is used. Google Analytics keeps its records for 14 months. Contact enquiries are stored separately in our email system. Email us if you have questions about information you have sent.
